Sound problems still present in 0.73 (2010-04-02 23:13)
Insectoid
I concur, the sound issues are still present in 0.73 (particularly that music pitch-bend). Hadn't thought to try PC Speaker.

I had a buttload of stuff written here. . .but the page freaked out on me and nuked it all.
Anyway! This game seems to run perfectly, but the sound, depending on your settings, can studder, the music can pitch-bend oddly, or both. This only happens when using the Disney Sound Source or Sound Blaster as your sound opinion, however. Using the PC Speaker gives you high-quality Monoural music, but oddly enough, takes less memory and produces absolute no studdering.
Also, do NOT turn the music off in-game. If you do, you will never be able to turn it back on. This does not effect gameplay, but if you like music and sound as you play, it's ill-advised.
Lastly, run the game at 2,500 Cycles or above when using the Disney Sound Source, 4,000 or above using the Sound Blaster, and 1,500 or above using the PC Speaker. DO NOT GO BELOW 1,500 OR THE EMULATOR WILL CRASH.
