Have DOS version of Apache - runs perfect in DOSBox 0.70 with full joystick support for an older gameport MS Sidewinder Pro joystick (minus hat switch) from XP. Most DOSBox settings are on 'auto'.
2.4GHz Pent 4 w/128MB vid card. Thanks guys!

Game very fluent in latest DOSBOX. I have only been able to try out a CD ripped version and I did not get any sound but that may have been because it got ripped.

Very slow framerate - runs but unplayable even on lowest settings - does not detect joystick properly either
