I indeed make some mistakes below.
You can fix the joystick problem with "timed=false" in the configuration.
Also there are no issues with Slowdowns if you use the correct output. I used opengl.
But it was impossible for me to prevent a "divide by zero" crash after the mission "Boiling Point 2"
Actually there are still some problems. (2016-04-30 22:13)

This game use laserlok copy protection, so you need a different dos4gw.exe or a renamed dos32a extender.
You can fix the joystick problem, if you set timed=yes in the Joystick settings in dosbox.conf.
But even with a Dos32a Extender some missions are barely playable with full graphic settings. I have many slowdowns in missions with many objects on screen. Also the tunnel missions runs somewhat slow.
Also this game reproduces crashes after the mission "Boiling Point 2" if you want to read a personal log with a "divide by zero" and "invalid opcode" error message.

Game works and plays well, with a few minor niggles.
1) The voiceovers are slightly stuttery, they are still understandable. Other sounds play fine.
2) If you fail and restart a mission lots of times the game becomes unstable and crashes DOSBox. Restarting allows you to pick up from the beginning of the mission, so it's not a huge problem.
3) Joystick calibration may be off slightly, in-game you can turn quicker to the left than you can to the right.
