Runs well in DOSBox-0.74, just give it about 40000-50000 CPU cycles and don't use cycles=auto (with auto DOSBox switches to max and the game becomes choppy at some points).
Also, this is not mislabelled. There are two different games for DOS called Bedlam. Bedlam 2: Absolute Bedlam is a sequel to this game.

Playable with sound.
Good speed, I noticed some lag in the shop, but it went away. No lag in-game. Totally unplayable and freaked out in Windows XP "DOS". Good job Dosbox team!
The game is mislabeled here, it should be Bedlam 2: Absolute Bedlam (GT Interactive), the other game is Bedlam 1987 by Beam International.

Monzor
Well, i can run it. No sound, and incredibly "laggy" but still it does start.
