@Compufox: try running bolo.bat, this works for me. Also mount the Bolo game folder directly as c:
Blank screen (WinXP SP3) (2010-06-24 06:57)

I have game on HD (D:GamesBolo*.*) - DOS-Box mounting D:Games as "C". When I execute Bolo.bat, DOS-Box window gets (and stays) blank. Clicking into the window makes mouse cursor disapear, one or two more clicks brings me back to the C:Bolo> propmt. Executing DOSSTART.BAT blanks and freezes DOS-Box. Any Ideas? I was so happy I finally found Bolo as abandonware...
Game don't start (2006-02-27 10:55)

When I start the game with DOSbox from CD, it will write on the CD and I don't see the loading screen.
Then the game hangs.
When I copy the CD on harddisk it works fine. But the game is very big.
Can anybody help me ?

To have sounds in this game and avoid the warning about misconfigured soundblaster at startup, you must have an 'autoexec.bat' file at the root of your mounted C: under dosbox.
This file must have a correct 'set BLASTER' line, i.e. : 'set BLASTER = A220 I7 D1 H5 T6'
smartdrv (2006-01-20 00:40)

When loading, the game warn you about using smartdrv only if you use DOS 6.0 but it's only a warnning. The software works great after that.
