I found a way to detect the CD from windows 3.11 itself and I was able to install Chessmaster 4000 Turbo directly on it. Work Perfect like I said earlier.
I used Alcohol 120% with a virtual drive and ive mounted it on dosbox and then windows 3.11 detected the CD.
NOTE: Chessmaster 4000 Turbo work best with that patch http://www.patches-scrolls.de/chessmaster4000.php
After the patch is installed, you don't need the CD to run the game

Used the Windows 3.11 guide by Dominus http://vogons.zetafleet.com/viewtopic.php?t=9405
What I did: installed the game on Windows 98 (Virtual PC) and then I copied all the file to the C:Windows Folder in DOSWIN
The game is working perfectly. The only minor problem is that when I chose a midi music in the music list, windows 3.11 say that it may be incompatible (But its still work perfectly)
