Squeaks

I ran this on a P4 2.8GHz with little or no adjustment throughout the game. I played the talkie CD version entirely off the hard drive. To do this, edit Legend.ini file and change the pathways to the location on your hard drive, then copy the files from the CD to that location. It takes about 188MB of disk space.

Squeaks

I completed the game with no problems, however I have played this game many times in the past and just go straight to the solution. I don't know what problems may arise if you use an inventory item with an incompatible recipient.

Lock-ups galore in 0.63 (2005-12-08 15:22)

Kaminari

Xanth freezes a lot in 0.63, especially when you do an action right in the middle of a music loop (MT-32). Could be related to the rather new MIDI Intelligent Mode, which has many timing issues with the Legend games (the MIDI slowdowns are particularly noticeable in Xanth, Hoboken and Gateway 2).
