Hello, I'm an absolut newbie with Dosbox, I don't know how to set it to make it run from the CD (setup is OK but a message keeps telling to insert the CD and I've tried all I've read from tutorials about it).
Help me, please !

Running Duke Nukem3d Atomic with 1024x768 with no problems like nobody said you need to have the Disc to run it

In DOS-Box 0.72 it runs smoothly in the Episodes 1 and 2 at 800x600 and max. details, but in Episode 3 Level 1 it is stuttering at every setting except with 320x200 and low details, but with this setting you don't see much and it's almost unplayable.

I didn't try any other levels of the Episodes 3 and 4, because I changed to a DOS 6.22 virtual machine, whre it runs very smoothly even at 1600x1200 and max. details (the highest resolution you can set in the setup is 800x600, but yoiu can play at 1600x1200 by manually editing the duke3d.cfg).

this is only a listing of what games run on dosbox, you can't download it, i had people asking the same thing in the doom2 comments.

Video at highest res = 800x600. Sound works very well in stereo. Smooth "3D" feel just like in a real DOS environment! No problems at all.
