The game's is fully fonctionnal in dosbox 0.73 using Sound Blaster Pro 2 card.

Don't forget to setup the game first and when you choose your card, press spacebar before pressing enter! ^_^

You have to run sound setup first in order to enable sound card support, fx sound and speech. If you don´t do that, the game runs OK, but uses the pc speaker by default (no fx or speech)
