No guarantee that it will work but you can try this if the game cannot start:
1) get dos32a.exe - you can find it in download section (binary distribution) on http://dos32a.narechk.net and put it in the game´s directory. 2) Edit orion.bat in the game´s directory in notepad so the line will look like this: dos32a burger -c %1 %2 %3 %4 %5 %6 %7 %8 %9 3) run orion. bat |

i get it to install and it almost seems fine untill i type Orion to start playing. Then it just closes dosbox.. Any help about that? |

Apparantly I have an older version too. I've looked all around trying to find a newer version of the exe but with no luck. Does anyone here have it? Is it possible for anyone to send it to me or even post a link? |

DosBox crashes running my german version of OB (BURGER.EXE)(publ. 03/05/1996, no version id), although install and setup run well (with mscdex + label option).
There's no way of fixing it because the executable of my purchased OB version is different from the english one.

The newer versions of Orion Burger are fully supported. However, older version will cause trouble, especially if their include the Laserlock copy protection.
It work without a problem, if you replace older the older Orion Burger main exectuable with a newer one. On my system, then it suddendly worked without any problems (AMD 2400+). |
