I recommend to run Ultima 7 under another program, Exult (a kind of middleware specific for Ultima 7 and Serpent Isle). It won't be the original Ultima 7, but the game was really bugged when it was released and Exult plays the game in a Window with better sound and inventory management. And better speed management. The game really deserves it. |

The first part haves problems with the internal counters, like knowing when Jaana can heal you again or when the Blacksword is charged. The second haves problems sometimes when loading, getting stuck. Both go slower when having a full party, but this can be a problem of the game, I can't remember if it was normal withouth emulation. |
