The game requires DPMI, so get csdpmi5b.zip from somewhere online and extract the contents of its BIN directory into the same directory as the game. That should be all you need to do to get it to work. The game runs well, although rather slowly unless you crank the cycles in DOSBox way up.

Back in the day, a widely-distributed copy of this game had no sound files, so if you have no music or sound in the game, this is most likely due to your copy of the game rather than anything in your DOSBox configuration.
