High res mode works properly with a clean installation.
There is a crippled version in the web where someone put the low res files into the high res directory. High res does not work with that version.

High res mode doesn't display properly - have to switch to low res. Load time on initial startup screen is long as well, but otherwise the game runs reasonably well. Using 20000 cycles on a P4-2800 to test.
