It installed fine on 0.73 and I didn't need to install it again when I installed 0.74. But there is a weird chirping sound in the menu music can any one help with that. |

Descent runs great in DosBox v0.72. ~20500 CPU cycles on a Athlon 64 3200+, 2GB RAM, GeForce 6800GT. Using DirectDraw video mode and the game runs fantastic. |

It works great in this 0.65 version of DOSBox, however the HUD or the cockpit view is a little flakey. When the game does the color fade out, the cockpit view gets messed up. |

As of 0.6, Descent 1 works perfectly. Both sound and music are flawless.
However, speed is an issue; Don't expect more than 2-5FPS. You MIGHT hit 10FPS on the absolute fastest desktop CPUs out there. |
