One Must Fall: 2097 - Runs perfectly under DOSBox whilst running a X64 machine. Also working with DOSBox running on Windows XP 32-bit on Athlon64 2GHz. Sound runs under default settings.
This game is freeware and may be downloaded legally from DOS Games Archive.
The game speed can be adjusted in the gameplay menu within the game itself if it runs too fast on your machine.
