If you have an original CD copy, it works in Windows 7 with DOSBOX:

mount e e: -t cdrom ("e" is cd drive - it changes from computer to computer. check yours)

install

(after installation is complete go back to DOS BOX; just make sure files in the RALLYC folder are checked for compatibility mode Windows 95.)

mount c c:

cd rallyc
