Mission 7 and Mission 12 bugs fixed with Cycles fixed 30000+ (2022-04-17 05:34)

it seems to be the Jump doesn't work properly if the cycles are set to Auto and 100%, Mission 7 where you have to jump at the Warehouse its very hard to beat without Cycles Fixed 30000 + or - and Mission 12 when you have to shoot at the Crates Cord so the Crate fall on the ground and sets a pit, Crate won't fall on the ground if cycles are set to Auto and 100%. so for avoiding bugs and headaches i recommend to set the cfg with Cycles: fixed 30000. the rest runs great with DOSBox 0.74.
New problem (2013-08-23 19:30)

So I found out how to get around the installation issue, and that is that I needed to copy the files from the CD onto the hard drive and then I basically needed to mount said hard drive location as the D: drive. So I did all that and the game installed successfully. The sound setup worked fine too. Now I have a new problem, and that's when I go to start the game, it says it needs to recognize the CD and tells me that I need to put the game CD in. Well, first and foremost, the game CD is in. Even still it was already mounted to where I copied the CD files to the hard drive. Needless to say, I figured maybe it needed to read the physical CD so I un-mounted the D: from where I saved the CD files and remounted it to my actual disc drive. It still didn't work. Any of you familiar with this problem and if so, what's the solution?

Hello everyone. I have an ASUS Republig of Gaers laptop with an i7 processor, 12Gb of RAM (upgraded from 8Gb), and the new Windows 8 64-bit. I downloaded and installed DOSBox and then I tried to install Future Shock. It would go to the main install screen and all, but once it was supposed to actually install, it wouldn't then it would just skip right ahead and say install complete and if I would like to setup sound card. I hit yes and again, no setup, just tells me I'm complete. I get to the main DOS screen on DOSBox and I'd be at the game's destination command, and no matter what I type ("setup", "shock"), it would just show the command again and nothing would happen. Any of you familiar with this and if so, is there a solution?

Twist Of Fate
The game's performance improved over recent WIP builds of 0.72+ and now works flawlessly for me on my laptop in DOSBox 0.73.

Make sure you run the game with the CPU throttle lowered to 266 speed. If you have it too high, the game locks up on the Bethesda logo animation right at the start. I also make sure the resolution is set to automatic (I used the D.O.G. frontend), as I found occasional GFX glitches. When configured like I have, runs with no problems whatsoever.
