Many machine's will have a hard time running this game. My best advice is to install a copy of windows 3.1 and boot it from the file manager.

I set my cycles=max in the config and it goes ultra slow for me too (my CPU is an AMD64 4000+ if that means anything). The game goes pretty slow in 640*480 in the first level and in the later levels with fancier effects it becomes unplayable, especially at higher resolutions. I wouldn't consider the game to be "supported" just yet. =(
Will changing anything else in the config get more speed?
