0.74 Level transition crash or intermitten problem. (2010-09-04 21:00) |

I had these problems since 0.72, every few or so map changes when Dosbox crashes. I'm not sure what the problem is.
But in 0.74, every time I try to finish the second level, the game crashes. I have plenty of memory set, and I'm using Dog Front-end with all things considered.. Not sure if the Dos32a Extender helps at all even though the game states it uses an extender.
Need to find out perfected settings if possible. |

Game just cuts off/Can't play in high resolution. (2009-08-12 06:50) |

Okay, even after using version 0.73 of DOSBox, I have two problems: 1.) I can't play the game using the 640xwhatever resolution. 2.) Playing in normal resolution, the game will work smoothly for a good few seconds, then the entire thing - the game, DOSBox, etc. - just shuts off. Anyone know how to fix this issue? |

Works great! (2009-05-28 03:57) |

Works great just like Future Shock does under 0.73! Is able to pick up the Future Shock installation and it's even "quite" playable in SVGA mode (640x400) now. |

Stills barely unsupported in 0.72 (2008-05-26 03:36) |

I got my hands on this game just to discover it's hardly playable under dosbox. Other emulators would not even start the game, so DOS Box is the only hope. |

If someone can help me, I have a little problem.
When I´m playing this game always in the same place the game stops and exit the DOSBox. I´m using the 0.70 version. Oh and also when i want to play the Tutorial mode the game stops when its just loading. Did someone can help me? I love this game so I need to solve this problem.
Thanks. |

DB 0.70 - max cycles (2007-03-04 03:27) |

Install won't detect any Future Shock installation. This may be due to the detection program itself and not Dosbox though. Also, the game is still pretty unstable - it will easily crash while in SVGA mode. Otherwise, it's pretty smooth though. Running the game in VGA mode will make it crash far less. |

Cracked versions work fine. (2006-11-17 11:36) |

Cracked versions work fine, if you edit the INSTALL.DAT file and replace the paths with the new ones (only 8 characters or less). Another quip is that most of them have the videos cut. You can copy them from the GAMEDATA folder in your CD to the same folder on the installation folder.
As for the speed, it worked fine for me at 15,000 cycles, but don't bother trying the SVGA mode.
Just one question: did anyone manage to upgrade the "Terminator - Future Shock" game? The installation program offered me to do so, but couldn't find it on my system. |

0.63 Normal, 18000 cycles - Playable but a bit slow (2005-03-09 17:20) |

Dynamic mode crashes, so I only got to test Normal mode. Like with many later DOS games, this means that the max amount of cycles is limited which means that the game doesn't run very fluently. Still playable - only problem is that every new sound make the game "stop" for a second. |
